06Personal data

• Data collected: through the contact form, your name, your company name, your email address, your phone number (optional), the type of need selected and your message; through Google Analytics, and only if you consent, anonymised browsing data (pages viewed, duration, device type, referral source).
• Purpose: to respond to your request, send you a quote and follow up on our exchanges; to measure the website’s audience in order to improve it. We do not sell your data, and no third party uses it for marketing.
• Legal basis: your consent (form checkbox, cookie banner) and steps taken prior to a potential contract.
• Recipients: YC Creations only, along with our technical service providers: Hostinger for website hosting, Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd (Microsoft 365) for email and the delivery of form messages, and Google Ireland Ltd for audience measurement. Microsoft and Google may transfer data to the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
• Retention period: 3 years from our last exchange for contact requests. If a collaboration begins, documents are kept for the legally required periods (10 years for accounting records). Google Analytics data: 14 months at most.
• Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent at any time, by writing to contact@ycreations.fr. We reply within one month.
• If you disagree, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).

07Cookies

Only with your consent, this website uses Google Analytics to measure its audience. Its cookies (_ga, _ga_*) last 13 months at most. Your choice is kept for 6 months, after which you will be asked again. You can change it at any time using the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of every page. Your choice is stored for 6 months in a technical cookie (yc_consent), which is essential for the website to work. Closing the banner without choosing counts as a refusal.

The website also temporarily stores in your browser the pack you chose on the Packs page, so you don’t have to select it again, and the fact that the home page animation has already played (session storage). This technical information is never transmitted and is erased when you close the tab.

No advertising cookies or social media trackers are used.
